Kyle came on board to serve as Associate Pastor.  He is responsible for facilitating and encouraging the ministry teams at Tab with special focus on small groups and adult discipleship.  He is a graduate of James Madison University and Reformed Theological Seminary.  He is married to his best friend, Ginny, and together they are still learning how to be parents of their first child, Drew.  Kyle enjoys the outdoors, reading, and watching the Cowboys defeat the Redskins on a fairly regular basis.

Karen was born and raised in Maryland on a steady diet of the word of God and southern gospel music. After pursuing a degree in music therapy at Radford University, Karen worked as a music therapist and music educator for 15 years in New York and Virginia. When not singin’ and strummin’, she spends her days as wife to her high school sweetheart, Josh and mom to four fantastic kids. Karen sees herself as a lead worshiper and loves nothing more than to see God glorified doing what we were made to do.

Taylor was born in Birmingham, Alabama but Waynesboro is where she grew up. She graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with a degree in Kinesology. She is the organizational type, so her job as Tab's Administrative Assistant, fits her well. When she isn't in the office, she enjoys playing with and coaching Grace Christian's Varsity girls soccer team or anything to keep her outdoors and coffee dates with her husband George. She loves athletics and is a die hard Alabama football fan. Roll Tide!
